com/papa Our General Managers starting base salary is $40K to $47K per year depending on qualification, health benefits, vacation and monthly bonus pay available for successful customer service scores, food and labor cost management.
We also have cell phone pay.
We also have an hourly rate option for both GM's and Assistants that includes tip pool, and greater flexibiltiy with hours.
GM's also include all the supporting beneifts listed above.

This is an added value of around $1150 per month at no cost to you! We invest in our people like they matter.
