The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, researching relevant laws and regulations, and assisting attorneys with various tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and motions.
Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials.
Organize and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems.
Draft correspondence and reports related to legal matters.
Keep abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain client confidentiality.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
