Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver Essential Job Functions (differ based on client needs):
Housekeeping/Cleaning & laundry Meal preparation & cooking Grocery shopping for or with the client Transportation & errands Personal cares and bathing Companionship Visit places in the community/socialize Engage in activities (games, memory books) Assist with goals such as, but not limited to social and behavior functioning, coping skills, self-advocacy, confidence building, relationship building, safe boundaries, etc.
