As a customer, service rep you will be responsible for selling wireless products and services to customers, while providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Educate customers on wireless products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Assist in the activation and processing of new accounts.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or 18+.
Previous sales experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual is an asset.
Ability to work flexible hours/including weekends.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
