About the RoleThis position manages the day-to-day functions of a corporate office to ensure our meetings and events are efficient and professional.
We are looking for an energetic, upbeat, polished, courteous, discreet, responsible, trustworthy, and creative problem-solver.
The ideal candidate is someone that can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Main
Responsibilities:
Plans and organizes live and virtual meetings.
Contributes to defining the event strategy and vision.
Managing all details including room setup, agenda, menus, etc.
As needed, work with attendees on travel arrangements.
Work closely with leadership to plan and execute team building events throughout the year at multiple locations.
Manage all on-site day-of responsibilities.
Manage confidential personnel and financial information with discretion.
Order office supplies and materials as needed.
Manage all building maintenance vendors.
QualificationsQualified Candidates will have:
5
years of experience as executive assistant, event planner and/or office managementProven experience with technology.
Ability to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during a virtual or live event.
Ability to run system checks of all equipment and connectivity.
Proven organizational skillsBackground with corporate event planning.
Strong MS Office abilities.
Ability to work on-site (near I-170 and Olive Blvd)#J-18808-Ljbffr Recommended Skills Coordinating Courtesy Creative Problem Solving Event Management Industrial Polishing Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
