Qualified individuals will have excellent typing, grammar, and communication skills.
It is also a must that applicants be able to prioritize their time well with multiple tasks.
Other skills and attributes the candidate will possess are excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented, very organized, strong management skills, ability to work independently, and ability to effectively communicate via phone and email.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service - Answer phone calls and send/respond to emails in a professional manner - Provide general support to the team
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred - Proficiency in data entry and using office software such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support.
