Our growing clinic is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team.
This individual will have the opportunity to work with an experienced PhD-level BCBA and receive training in research-based curriculums including PEAK Relational Training Systems and AIM.
We will consider a remote position and/or a subcontracted position with hours up to full time, eventually becoming on site.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Conducting comprehensive behavior assessments including functional analyses Developing and implementing skills acquisition programming Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of clients' behavior intervention plans Providing supervision, feedback, and support to RBTs Collecting and analyzing data, using data to inform your work Providing training, consultation, and support for parents, educators, and community members
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Behavior Analysis emphasis preferred) BCBA Certified preferred or ability to obtain certification within several months 1
years of applied experience working with special needs children, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written) Good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to take direction and work well within a team Physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds Must pass background check and drug screening.
Will submit a behavior intervention plan BACB supervision certificate preferred Please submit letter of interest and resume including three references.
