Salary:
$80,000 - $130,000 per yearA bit about us:

Responsibilities:
Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development.
Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Design and manage tasks, including drawing, report development, design calculations, technical report writing and presentations.
Work directly with clients, contractors, and consultants at all project stages.
Collaborate with team members, other disciplines, and external parties to ensure an integrated design.
Ensure all work carried out complies with relevant codes and standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the high standard expected.
Continually innovate and introduce efficiency improvements in executed tasks.
Stay updated with industry developments and tools and provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff members.
Qualifications:
Licensed Professional Architect in Kansas, Nebraska, or Iowa.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software.
Proven track record of project management and design experience.
Excellent knowledge of architectural and engineering design principles and techniques.
High level of creativity, imagination, and vision.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technology.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Professional registration or eligibility for registration is preferred.
Experience with sustainable design is a plus.
