Casey's is searching for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Store Operations team! As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of complex and confidential administrative duties, as well as provide assistance and support to designated staff members, including additional project work as required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage calendars and inboxes; coordinate meeting arrangements and ongoing meeting schedules.
Make travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.
).
Track expenses and invoices, reconcile budgets and accruals.
Support vendor management for legal team.
Assist with special projects, research, and presentations as needed.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
At least four years of experience in executive administration, project management or related field.
Proven ability to manage calendars and schedules by using good judgement.
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to various competing demands.
Ability to be confident in decision making and problem solving.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels, inside and outside the organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
