This position will require an attorney who is adept in handling employment litigation and providing counsel with regard to employment and Human Resources issues. Such work will include the preparation of civil rights responses, being actively engaged with outside counsel in employment litigation, and keeping the Company current with regard to compliance issues. This position will also encompass general practice and litigation work, including litigation management, general business practice, and importantly, contract drafting and review.
