Description:
Handles tactical aspects of Human Resources processes such as maintaining employee data, tracking and extracting data, preparing reports, scheduling and other such activities. This is a specialized administrative role in the Human Resources functional area.

Duties:
Performs a variety of tactical tasks to support Human Resources such as maintaining employee records, tracking and extracting data, scheduling and other such activities.
Maintains employee information as a liaison between employees and Company Direct in addition to information maintained at unit.
Assists in routine staffing activities such as screening resumes, phone screens, scheduling of various phases of hiring process including testing and interviews, tracking relevant data, and other such staffing activities.
Coordinates scheduling of training classes, invitations to attendees, tracking and reporting of training hours and required courses, and other such training related activities.
Assists employees with daily issues such as answering general questions and helping with forms and processes.
Maintains confidential data and is able to distinguish when and to whom it can be released. Prepares management reports.
Utilizes Human Resource tools such as SAP and Business Objects to view and extract data used to respond to requests for information.

Specific Position Requirements:
Background in FMLA -Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
SAP
Good communication skills
Detail-orientated
Conflict resolution skills
Ability to maintain high level of confidence on sensitive information
High integrity level

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
